We accept Credit Card Payment Through our secure payment gateway, PlugNPay.

Your order will be processed and charged at time of order, whether or not the item is in stock. This is for your safety and ours. It keeps us from having to securely store your card number for any period of time. It is the only way to guarantee your credit card safety by entering it directly to the payment service.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
(US orders)
We now have a real time US Postal shipping calculator, we ship by either Priority or Express mail. Most orders shipped by Priority Mail normally arrives in 2-5 days. Express orders arrive in 1 day (where available), 2 days all other locations. 
(out of country)
 You need to e-mail us with your address and quantity and we will reply with the actual shipping charges to be added to your order, or after your order is placed we will e-mail you a PayPal invoice for the additional shipping.
 You, the purchaser, are responsible for all duty and V.A.T. charges.

RETURN POLICY
We will exchange or refund all items for up to thirty days from the date of shipping to the customer. We will accept returns for full refunds or exchanges at our expense on items for manufacturing defects. This does not include minor tag creases, unique qualities due to dyeing process, or color variations on bears. We will accept exchanges/refunds for returned bears at customer expense for any other reason for up to thirty days from the date item shipped to customer. Afghans and dolls will also have a thirty day return policy for defects only. If you have any questions regarding a return please email us first.

We will refund you the same way you paid. (ie, If you paid by PayPal, we refund you through paypal. Check is refunded by check and so on.)
